Each lesson will provide you with customized exercises and stretches for you to practice at home, on the course, and in the cart. All prepaid sessions expire 12 weeks from the date of purchase  Pilates for Golf™ Golf Clinics Available at our Studio or your Club (10 people required for clinic) $75 per person 2-hour golfer clinics teach you an injury-prevention warm-up, and golf exercises and stretches to hit the ball farther and straighter. The DVD is included so you can continue to practice at home..
