All clients and guests must complete entrance paperwork before starting any Pilates, Gyrotonic, Massage or other program.
Cancellation Policy: Our time together is valuable. In order to honor the commitment that each of us have made to your appointment (privates, classes, or massages), we request 24 hours notice of cancellation. This way we can offer your time/class space to another client. All cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior will be charged the full session fee. (Medical or sickness reasons are excluded.)
Lateness Policy: We request that you arrive a few minutes early for your appt. In order for us to uphold our professional standards of “being on time,” we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appt. If for any reason WE are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.
We ask that clients that are “under the weather” refrain from coming to the Studio.
Pre-paid sessions expire 12 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise specified.
All sessions are transferable but not refundable.
Gift certificates expire on the date listed on the gift certificate.
Clients new to Pilates Equipment Training are required to complete a series of a minimum of 3 Private Orientation lessons (6 are highly recommended and may be required depending your particular mind-body learning style or past/current injury) prior to joining our group equipment-based classes.
Clients new to Gyrotonic are required to complete a series of private lessons. Due to the complexity of the equipment, and each client’s unique ability to learn the Gyrotonic movement patterns, a predetermined number of privates prior to entering group classes are not feasible. For entry to Gyrotonic group classes, a recommendation from staff is required, following an appropriate number of private lessons.
Advanced reservations are required for all classes, private lessons, and massage appointments.
Class sizes are small to ensure personalized attention.
Monthly memberships are for the sole use of the individual member. Fees are due on the first day of the month. Memberships can not be shared. All memberships have a three month commitment.
Please bring a clean pair of no-slip socks (and feet) to Pilates lessons and regular socks to Gyrotonic lessons. We have “borrow socks” in case you’ve forgotten yours.
Rates, hours of operation, instructors, services, and classes are subject to change without notice.
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. No post dates checks accepted.
The owners and instructors may ask to receive medical clearance from your physician prior to beginning training at the Studio. Likewise, we may also refer you to another healthcare professional if we deem that your physical condition is outside of our scope of practice.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations, or require payment in advance, for group classes, private lessons, or massages if a client late cancels or no-shows more than two times.
The owners and instructors reserve the right to deny your participation in class if your safety or the safety of others is at risk.
The owners and instructors reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Due to the sensitivities of others, we ask that clients not wear perfume when attending lessons at the Studio.
